Notes for editors:
1. Africa in Motion was founded in 2006 by African film scholar Dr. Lizelle Bisschoff, and is now preparing for its 12th edition. Set in Edinburgh and Glasgow, it aims to promote the excellence of African cinema to Scottish audiences, and overcome the under-representation and marginalisation of African films within British film-going culture.
